FINALLY, an exercise program specifically designed for busy women looking to improve their health and fitness! This is a lunchtime exercise program that gives you a full body workout in just 30 minutes and won’t leave you all sweaty when you return to work! Exercises can be modified to fit anyone’s fitness needs. If you have never exercised or if it’s been a long time since you have, this is a great program to add to your daily schedule!
How it works:
Come in between Noon and 1:30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, change into gym clothes, and join in the circuit training fun! A trainer/timer will alert you about every 60 seconds indicating when you will go to the next exercise. You can complete the circuit of 6 – 10 exercises as many times as your schedule allows for that day. This is not a formal class so you can take it at your own pace and come and go as you like. Your membership is for unlimited visits so you can attend as often as you want!
