We are radiant, beautiful spirits living in physical bodies. Come wake up your body, expand, explore, energize, and ground. Yoga brings our consciousness to the present moment, the breath, the here and now. Whether you wish to grow strong, release tension, or just turn off the mind chatter, this class will help you to just be present through yoga postures and breathing techniques. Our classes welcome everyone, regardless of fitness level, or yoga experience. We will help you in taking your yoga practice where you'd like it to go. As strong as you want or as gentle as you want, modifications are taught and encouraged to support your practice. By using the breathe, inhaling and exhaling, we will create internal awareness and a sense of coming home. This class will lead you through a creative yoga sequence to open up the channels of your body and get your breathe circulating throughout. Teaching you healthy alignment of the spine, as well as strengthening the musculature that supports the body. Providing alignment and other body centering cues, yet encouraging you to feel your way through your practice from the inside out. Please remember, it's your practice. Your best teacher resides within you. We ask you to listen to your body and honor your experience. Breathing. Moving. Smiling.
